• When will the cargo send out?

Normally, within 48hours, it will be sent out.

Shipping transit time are fairly quick around 7-10 days(excluding holidays).

• If the following situations result in the undelivered package, the customer shall bear the consequences and costs incurred:

Incorrect or insufficient address or phone number provided by the recipient

Unable to contact the recipient when the courier attempts to do soRecipient refuses to sign for the package

Package is lost or damaged due to the recipient choosing "no signature required" delivery
